We want to thank you for your patience, further to our earlier communication via SMS regarding the loss of our operational Satellite (AMOS-5) in space. Our Satellite operators still do not have communication with the satellite, hence it has not yet been recovered.
We are working round the clock to resolve this problem as we do not take your patience for granted.
Though we have now gone over 2 days without service to our esteemed customers, we have embarked on contingency plans to get the service back up as soon as possible without having to re-point your antennas. This is being done with support from Spacecom, the owners of the Satellite, and NETERRA our technical service partners. Hopefully, normal programming will resume soon.
